ROAD RUN TODAY !!! no raining..a good sunny day.. before we run they said many nonsense.. after that.. we start to do a warm-up exercise.. then start to run lur.. !
at 1st, we run very fast...suddenly, feel very tired~zzz...dunno how many km..so tired... very very very(etc.) tired i think my leg will pain next day~~ finish running ! so happy..^^ after that, we get a free nasi lemak n (sea master ) water..quickly rest lur.. i get 146 ,145 ppl r faster than me !they r so "geng" !! but the first-10 is better.. after that..home sweet ... Nicole~
